Day 6

I made Grilled Chicken with Pasta and Garlic bread.

Two large chicken breasts fed all of us. I pounded the chicken until it was thin. Then drizzled the chicken with olive oil and seasoned with Garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. On a preheated grill (med/low heat) I cooked each side for 5-8 minutes. The heat was low so it cooked slow and retained a lot of juice!

For the pasta I cooked rotini noodles (per the box instructions) and then tossed with olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. The garlic bread was just store bought and heated in the oven.
It all made for a great dinner!
